Robin Wilkinson - Training & Development Manager
Rob joined Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue way back in September 1980 and served at Gainsborough FS for 5 years before moving to Lincoln as LFF in the training department. In 1988 he moved to Skegness as SubO Ops where he still resides today. Rob is a founder member of the UKFSSART team in
Lincolnshire and has been deployed on 3 occasions, Turkey, India and Algeria, his wife Jo wouldn’t let him go to Pakistan because they were flying to Tenerife the next day for their holls!!!!!!!!
He was asked to lead on setting up of the USAR team in the early days and was lucky enough to be sent off to the states on the first course, upon return playing a major part in setting up the interim team and subsequently the whole time and on call team, where he is now the training manager.
Rob has also project managed the building of the Lincolnshire training site at Waddington, and also serves on the National Shoring Committee.
Rob has now retired from WT service and is now employed on the On Call Team

Tech Jon Henderson
Jon from north of the border, sometimes difficult to understand, he hails originally from the Shetland Islands and joined the service June 2006 following the 2005 recruitment campaign, Jon is the project co-ordinator for chainsaw operators. Jon is one of two PTI's on the watch, the harder task master of the two. He is also known to drink a little from time to time.
Jon successfully completed the Higher learning promotional process and is now based in varying locations within the organisation, and is now a member of the On Call team.
Tech Paul Gale
Paul, joined Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue in 1989 at Spilsby Station joining Wholetime
in 1991 stationed at Spalding, moving to Boston and eventually transfering to Lincoln Fire Station in 1997. Joined USAR on the interim team in November 2003 before moving to USAR Wholetime (also a member of the UK ISAR team) in September 2006. Paul has been responible for the design and construction of a number of projects at the Waddington Training Site.
Paul gained promotion to Crew Manager and is now based at Louth Fire Station Specialist skills
